1.) Good Lighting! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Nose On. Angles matter and vary based on the product chosen.
Custom keychain: Full body, most popular are sitting or standing. But we have done pets laying down too.
Everything Else: You want to get a shot that includes ears, neck and their face at the angle and expression you love.

Our products are made of natural wood and are recommended to be handled with gentle use.
While most of our customers have never had an issue. Occasionally the USPS will be aggressive, the wood in that batch was weaker then usual, or there was a design flaw that can cause it to unfortunately break. These types of breaks typically happen in under 30-days, hence our guarantee.
If this happens to you, please reach out to us with your Order Number so we can replace it.
