What makes a good photo?

1.) Good Lighting! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Nose On. Angles matter and vary based on the product chosen.

Custom keychain: Full body, most popular are sitting or standing. But we have done pets laying down too.

Everything Else: You want to get a shot that includes ears, neck and their face at the angle and expression you love.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Yes! We off up to 3 pets on our Custom Pet Portrait Keychain and Coasters. We can do up to 2 pets on our Custom Pet Portrait Magnets.

What animals can you draw?

We have created portraits for pets all around the world. From bunnies to horses and pet turtles! Odds are, if it's an animal, we can create a portrait for you.

Do I get a preview before it ships?

Yes! We always send you an email with your artwork for you to "approve" or add feedback for fixes.* Our typical turn around time is 48-72 hours.

*If we do not hear from you within 2 weeks after reaching out, we will ship out your item with the portrait we have.

Do you draw people?

Pets are our focus and speciality. 🎨

While we have done special requests for this, we do advise that the art is VERY stylized for people. We have found most people prefer to go with just their pet upon review.
