What makes a good photo?
1.) Good Lighting! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Nose On. Angles matter and vary based on the product chosen.
Custom keychain: Full body, most popular are sitting or standing. But we have done pets laying down too.
Everything Else: You want to get a shot that includes ears, neck and their face at the angle and expression you love.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
As of right now our Wood Portraits are only 1 pet per portrait. We do this so you can arrange them on your wall as you would like.
We do offer an automatic discount thought when you order 2 or more.
What animals can you draw?
We have created portraits for pets all around the world. From bunnies to horses! Odds are, if it's an animal, we can create a portrait for you.
What wood is used?
Right now we create our portraits with Spruce, Cherry and Walnut which all have a natural grain.
We also use White and Grey which are coated basswood.
Do I get a preview before it ships?
Yes! We always send you an email with your artwork to "approve" or add feedback for fixes.* Our typical turn around time is 48-72 hours.
*If we do not hear from you within 2 weeks after reaching out, we will ship out your item with the portrait we have.
